What do you like best about Kendrick?

The unit is very nice and updated. The staff that did my move in screwed up my lease signing promo and only gave me 6 weeks free rent as opposed to the promo that was in place at the time of me signing which was 8 weeks. Somehow, they changed my original agreement of 15 months to 9 months. The staff was rude except for the manager. The leasing consultants were very unpleasant to deal with. They’ve all moved on and there’s a new staff in place. I avoided going to the office for anything until this week. To my surprise, there was a total staff makeover.

What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?

Convenient to the major highways and shopping.
