What do you like best about Aven Chastain?
What I like best about Aven Chastain is the units’ stainless steel appliances, included washer/dryer, granite countertops, large bathtub, safe area, beautiful pool, quiet, quick maintenance team response, and friendly staff.
What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?
Everything we need is close by—grocery store and gas station across the street. So many places to eat nearby. French cafe in walking distance of the complex. Aven Chastain is right off Roswell Road that leads straight to downtown without having to use the highway. Chastain Park is so close to walk at.

Well maintained with good staff. Great location.
What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?
It’s a residential area, and tho it’s just off Roswell Rd is relatively quiet. The trees also add a neighborhood feel.

I like that we feel like we are in a neighborhood and not is the big city with traffic and buildings surrounding us
