Even when things go wrong, the management staff is always responsive and find a solution

What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?

Publix, usps, ups, the bank, chic-fil-a, chipotle and other restaurants, and the highway exit are all very close.

What do you like best about Millworks?

I love that they have a dog park and dog spa where you can wash your pet. Their amenities and resident events are amazing and so happy I moved here!

What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?

There are so many places I can just walk to. There is a publix shopping center within walking distance as well as tons of fast food places and there is a kroger and Walmart shopping center close to. We are close to Atlantic station and it’s nice not having to drive too far to have fun.

What do you like best about Millworks?

Apartment is well designed with new and polished appliance. The common amenities are well maintained with cleaning staff performing duties in the morning. Management team is friendly and efficient. They go above and beyond to help residents.

What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?

Neighbors are quiet. Ideal location close to many restaurants and stores. Close to I-85.
