What do you like best about Avana Chase?
Here’s a polished version with corrected spelling and grammar, while keeping your original meaning and tone clear and firm: The only pleasant experience I had was with the office staff when I first moved in. However, I have since discovered that the building has a severe roach infestation. Maintenance has only come out twice to exterminate, and the problem is still extremely bad—to the point where I am rarely home. I only cook about twice a month because I am afraid to go into my kitchen. Roaches fall out of the cabinets and are in the area of my dishwasher. My apartment stays clean because I am rarely home. Now the roaches are appearing in the other rooms and my 3 year old is petrified. Additionally, my rent increased by almost $200 with no explanation provided. I would never recommend this place. If you want it more formal (for a complaint or legal record) or more emotional (for a review), I can revise it to match that tone.
