What do you like best about Springs at Peachtree Corners?

Lack of communication from lease management , extra hidden fees . Trash fee that we have to dump out ourselves . No gated community endanger for our safety . Smoking environment that they claimed no smoking allow but you smelled it everywhere . Nothing special about the apartment . My floor tiles need Replacement you can see water damaged .
