What do you like best about Briggs at Powers Park?

Since I been there, I had a bad experience, about burglar. I have seen videos and messages to them about a young man trying to get in my apartment, and they have not doing nothing about it. I gave a young lady a copy of police report and phone number, but I still haven’t heard from them and I am tired of calling them about it. So, they told me I have to wait on him really to do something. But, I am pay rent, so I do have cameras outside, I guess have to wait, I guess. I have things move out of my place, and no one doesn’t believe me, and I do not know anyone there in the community, I just move there.

What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?
