What do you like best about Avondale Station?
Our rent is affordable for the area, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the apartment complex often has free events for the residents! In the Fall we all got free tacos from a taco truck and roasted smores together, all courtesy of the apartment complex.
What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?
Extremely safe and quiet neighborhood that is filled with young families. There are 3 nature parks for walking or running with trails within 1 mile of the apartment.
