What do you like best about Oliver?
Staff involvement with monthly events! Spacious apartment, grounds and amenities are always clean and tidy! Staff keeps tenants informed of everything from fire alarm testing to events in the area.
What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?
Walking distance to Marta Train and Marta bus stop walking distance as well. Very close to Brookhaven/Buckhead so get a combination of "city" living without the overload atmosphere.

It feels homey. The staff are helpful and people are friendly.

Walmart, and a couple of restaurants are just across the street. Quiet neighborhood
