Community is close to everything

What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?

Everything from shopping to eating is close by. Interstate is close as well. Perfect location for my needs.

What do you like best about Avana Dunwoody?

I appreciated the Carrol Management company who ran the Arium until about mid-June. I would have rated them at least a 4, if not a 5. Current management company - Grey Star - have not transitioned smoothly.

What do you like best about the surrounding neighborhood?

Without being directly next to anything, it is close to all that you need - the 85, Perimeter Mall and Dunwoody are all only minutes away.
